I’ve been thinking about it for a very long time, and I’ve decided to leave Final Furlong. I know I haven’t been around lately, and that’s because I’ve been very busy with school and everything else. I’ll probably drop by from time to time and read the forum.
I’ve had such a great time here and would like to thank Shanthi, Andrea, and everyone else for making these few years so enjoyable.
Sorry you can’t stay with us. I agree with Andrea to an extent. As for being less time consuming, I know I do more work in college than in HS, but your hours are more flexible. Meaning you can put off that paper and stalk the boards of FF until late in the evening, because you don’t have to be up at 6 or 7am to catch the bus.
Nevertheless, I hope things go well for you. Come back and visit!
Best of Luck in everything you endevor to do… Hopefully you can come back to FF in the future… you will be missed… I have 2 more years of High School… and it is getting busier…
Sorry to see you go Virginia. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and hopefully when you get some more time you’ll come back and rejoin.
Thanks, everyone. If I ever do have more time, I will absolutely rejoin the game. But I’ll also stop by every now and then to check up on my horses and say hi.
Speaking of the horses, I’ve received a few private messages regarding their futures. I’ve decided to give them away. I was planning on having it go like this: each member that wants one can have a maximum of two horses. Unfortunately, I don’t have enough racehorses to go around, so I’ll have to ask that everyone only requests one. But feel free to take two non-racers. After one month I’ll donate all the other horses to FF.
I think I made that very complicated. Oh, and first-come, first-served, so PM/email me quickly!
I never had much interaction with you during my six months in the game, but I think I speak for all of the newer players in saying how nice it is that you’ve chosen to disperse your horses this way. Having just gone through an auction where I just couldn’t compete for the nicer horses, it is so cool to have your hard work building a stable result in an operation like mine have a chance to acquire such nice stock. Personally, I can’t give enough thanks.
