Its been 2 weeks since the last foal, which has been driving me bonkers and I finally reach a date where we had 3 mares due! So of course none of those three foal and a different girl foals early.

We were a little shocked by the arrival of this big bright chestnut girl on account her dad is gray and mom is black! Momma kept her for just three more days, and considering her size, we can see why. Sheās the second foal out of her dam. Keep Quiet will be visiting Slew OāScots for 2018.

Just a few days late, but she foaled a lovely mahogany bay filly! Pink Aceās oldest foal, now 4, won 4 of 9 starts at 3 and her now-3yo hasnāt been active since July, so itās still a little hard to judge how she is as a producer. Pink Ace has been sold to Marshall Creek.

Easy Senora foaled right on time! Play for Keeps is a flashy bright chestnut with two hind stockings, a LH sock, and not a splash of white on her head. This is Senoraās fourth foal, with her oldest now-3yo being stakes placed at 2 (she had foaled early one year so technically she has two 3yoās). Easy Senora will visit Secretsarebound.

I was quite surprised to find this name not taken. French Revolution is the first foal out of French Resistance, a half-sister to MSW Lilā Bit OāClass. French Resistance will visit Oscillation for 2018.

Voodoo is the second foal out of MSP Ch. Synbound. It was a slight shock to see Synbound, a strawberry roan, birth a black foal by a gray sire but maybe looking like his grandsire Highland Wizard is a good omen! Silver Wizardās first crop hits the track this year, so itāll be interesting to see how they do. I think heās bred to be a later bloomer, though. Synbound has been sent to Iām Your Angel.

I thought I was going to weep with joy when this girl finally showed up! Originally due January 29th, Cool Your Jets took her sweet time before delivering this healthy little girl. Declaration looks just like momma except she has a blaze rather than a stripe, and her lone sock is on the wrong foot! Declaration is Cool Your Jetsā second foal (and theyāve both been dapple grays!). Sheāll visit Call to War for 2018.
Next foals are due March 1st so weāre back to the waiting game, but Iād rather be waiting for a foal due later than one refusing to be born.
