OK i know there have been discussions about upcoming video games, but how do they compared to other games. What games do you recommend, and what games to think should have never been made?
I personally Like the Gallop Racer Series. I know they don’t have a lot to them, you race, you breed and that’s about it…my only version that’s all there is just about… But unfortunately that’s all i can get my hands on where i live. I like it, but i was just wondering compared to everything thing else what were some game others liked…
Well the only ones I have are for PC and I’ve never been able to get going in them. I have Final Stretch and Stable Masters 2 (which I’ve done better at, but it’s glitchy). I wondered if anyone else has ever played Final Stretch and has some tips for me?
Gallop Racer- U start of by picking horses from the horses 4 sales list, but because u start off broke u can only get the useless ones that cost nothing they r rated an E. Horses are rated SS,S,A,B,C,D,E as u would guess the SS are the best. U earn points by racing your “duds” the more races u enter the more points u get. U can breed with your E horses although i wouldnt waste my time they neva turn out betta than an E or D, training can help but only slightly, U can only breed at a certain time of the year. I found out that the best way 2 go is 2 wait awhile b4 buying any horses and buy something like a B or A, u should b able 2 earn your points fairly quickly and b able 2 buy a S or SS in no time, make sure when u do breed they pairings have the same sort of attributes that way they u have something that will do well 4 u. If your horses are good enough there is an end of year final that consists of about 7 races, i think, that u can try and win, but b warned they r not that easy 2 win 1st off, it mite take about 20 game seasons 2 b able 2 win even 1. The riding is straight forward once u take the learning test. Rating 8/10
G1 Jockey- U start off by choosing a stable u wish 2 ride with as an apprentice. U start of with rider points, they are your bargaining chip 2 ride which horse u like thats running that week from the stable. But b careful which horses u pick when your rider points are used up 4 that week u cant try pick anymore horses ( u do start of the next week with the same points though), unless they trainer asks u 2 ride a certain horse then it costs u nothing 4 that horse the trainer asks u 2 ride, although u dont have 2 ride it ( i suggest u do keeps them happy). If the trainer isnt happy with u it will cost alot more rider points 2 bargain 4 a ride. The more races u win the more the other trainers will ask u 2 ride 4 them. If u win a race on a maiden horse u will become the horses regular rider (but b careful if u dont ride it when its entered in a race u may lose the ride on it 4 good so choose your rides carefully) you can also steal rides from other jockeys by riding well on their horses when they have chosen a “betta” horse over it 2 ride that week. The main thing in the game is 2 have more money, wins and a betta strike rate than any other jockey at the end of the season. Rating 7/10
