Workouts Not Showing Up

I worked out Sixth Extinction about an hour ago. Went back to the Workouts page and he was still available to work out. When I clicked on View Workouts on his page the workout was not there. Tried to work him out again and got a empty field where the information would normally be. I just tried to see if I could reproduce the problem with The White Mouse, and it looks like it’s happening to her too. Also, weird side detail his theme changed to hooves, while everything else stayed as the foals theme, but now his theme is back to normal.

It looks like everything concerning the workouts is fine now. Except that The White Mouse now has the hooves theme without any owner related links like Sixth Extinction did earlier. I think maybe I’m somehow logged out on just that page? I just logged out and logged back in, and her page is still like that.

Edit: It now appears that all of my horses at the track have pages like The White Mouse, except Sixth Extinction. I can’t tell if this also happens to my other horses because clicking on training summary, stable shipping, or view horses sends me to the forum instead.
