The day after her son won a Grade 2 and became RC Bee’s first homebred stakes winner, [color=red]Sonatina died hours after foaling an overdue Mr. Prospective filly for Easter Valley Estate. She was a stakes winner for us and the first broodmare to reach silver rank with one foal racing. She leaves behind three handsome sons and a daughter.
Never lost a broodmare before, especially one like her. I’m feeling a bit lost

I’ve noticed that the broodies i have lost tend to be the ones that turned out to be really nice. It kind of sucks.

Thank you, guys. I wish I could say the filly is mine but Sonatina was leased to Easter Valley Estate. Just my luck, though I hope the filly does well for them.
