My favorite is the arabian.
They are the best for any sport.
My favorite is the arabian.

My fav has to be the
appendix QH. Height and grace of a TB with the mindframe of the QH. Well, sometimes that
gets mixed up in some foals but I like it when they look like a TB and act like a QH.
Arabians rock my world.
They’ve got great personalities and are gorgeous. even though that doesen’t matter, lol.
Though TB’s are amazing too! Hmmm, how about Anglo-Arab??
My favorites are mustangs,
they could probably outrun a thoroughbred!
Yea, has anyone seen
Cloud: Wild Stallion of the Rockies? I watch it once a day, and
never get get tired!!!
Hmmm, maybe I should just stick to “All breeds are totally cool!!”
I have to vote for TBs or
WBs (or TB/WBs ). They’re versatile, ready to get-up-and-go, athletic, and gorgeous.
Myself I am addicted to
color. Paints and Appaloosa’s are my favorite. I just love flash!
I also have a love
affair with Andalusian Horses.
I like the draft breeds,
myself. Belgians, Clydesdales, Friesians, Percherons, Shires…I love 'em all.
Well my fist love is the
Arabian… lol that why i have 5 of them… though i did just pick up a thoroughbred mare to
cross with my stud…am really looking forward to that cross next year…this year she was bred
to anoter TB stud so my Arab has to wait till next season and it KILLIN’ him.lol
I really really like
Trakehners. But I’ll never get to own one so I’ll vote for the breed that we
think my horse is: Anglo-Arab. They are pretty versitile also,
especialy French Anglo’s who are more like a Thoroughbred than an Arabian. They have the
height and build to do jumping and dressage, and the Arabian adds an extra little something
to make them even better at those things. They can also go for trail, pleasure classes, and
probably gaming like barrels and pole bending, depending on how you cross the lines.
Thoroughbreds…so much
personality, so versatile. Could also be that my horse is a thoroughbred…though by her
antics I don’t know why I’d be so loving of the breed…
I would have to save my
favorite breed would have to be the Morgan. They are very versitle look at the combine
driving events most morgans lead the standings. They are always a pleasure to be around and
have some height mean “some” most of our morgans are 16.0 + hands and are commented to look
like a Appendix Quarter horse. Big body yet looks like a hunter. Favorite in morgan the
Sabino morgans.
We have a couple of gorgeous
Morgans at the barn I board at.
I used to ride a fat morgan
mare named Fancy. I mean fat as in her spine was an indention in the fat. Fat as in, she
couldnt feel leg cues too well and fat as in it was weird to sit on her because she was so
broad from being… well fat. I didn’t get to know her too well because soon after that the
barn bought a new mare who wasnt a good ride and they made me ride her. <_< They always made
me ride the bad ones…
I also really like
Trakehners, but I ride a bunch of OTTBs, so I’m choosing Thoroughbreds as my faves
I’ve never ridden a
Trakehner. I’ve never seen one in real life either… -_- What can I say, I live in the
middle of nowhere. But I have ridden a load of OTT horses. This guy used to send his to the
barn where I boarded at for rests/recovery’s. I’d hand walk the ones with broken limbs and
ride the ones on rest. I remember one gelding that I nicknamed Zero. He was too calm, I
couldnt even make him trot. No wonder he was going into retirement…
My first mare was an
Arab/QH…i think that it’s actually a breed now…quarab??? Neway she was the best horse
I’ve ever owned. easiest keeper…won everything…best personality.
Yep Quarab is now a
breed(think i came about in the 70’s or 80’s)…the first foal we had outa my arab mare was
a Quarab and was double registered as both a Quarab and a half arab…lol, more incentives in
the half arab registry then in the Quarab one so we registered her with both…
It’s amazing to me how many
crosses between breeds are now actual breeds, Quarabs, Morabs, Anglo_Arabs, and I think
Warlanders are a cross between a TB and Irish Draught. (correct me if I’m wrong. )
Don’t forget Arrapaloosas.
I think just about anything that is half Arab is coming to be it’s own breed.
