Just a suggestion but if you really don’t want to sell her maybe consider leasing her out to another stable for a while. At least then you’d get some money for her with the option to keep her or sell her on at the end of the lease.
I would ship her home and rest her for a month. Then try racing her yourself. Her NE is probably shot and that’s why her performance is off.
And she’s only 2yo, not 3yo.
