Cigar (G) x Specatular Lady § - Spectacular Bid
Nelson won over $5 million on the track, with stakes wins on dirt, turf, and jumps to his credit. He won the Gr. 1 Kentucky Derby, the Gr. 1 Cox Plate, and the Gr. 1 Gulfstream Park Breeders’ Cup Handicap, as well as several Grade 2 and 3 stakes. He won stakes races from 6 furlongs to 10 furlongs on the flat, and did best at 11-12 furlongs over jumps.

Slew O’Scots (G) x Cigarette (G) - Cigar §
Edinburgh won over $3 million on the track, focusing primarily on dirt. He won the Gr. 1 Cantala Stakes, Gr. Victoria Racing Club Stakes, Gr. 1 Dubai Golden Shaheen, Gr. 1 Railway Stakes, and the Gr. 1 Whitney Handicap. Lightly raced at 2 and 3, he won stakes at 4 and 5, at distances from 6 to 9 1/2 furlongs. He went on to try a bit of turf and jumps, but was a bit uninterested in racing at age 6.
