OK< Last night was a definite case of “Be careful what you wish for”!

A short while ago, we were moaning about how we hadn’t had many foals up to that point.

In the past 4 days, we have had 6 foals (twice), 5 foals and then, to top it off, last night we had 10 foals. Sadly, one of last nights foals was stillborn, however, we are pleased to report that all the other foals and all mares are doing fine.

Sadly, Decisive Victory suffered a fatal heart attack during the birth. She was 20 years old. She had a Gold Breeding Ranking (9.6) and was a Reine-de-Course (B/I).

She produced 14 live foals (plus 1 stillborn), 11 of which have raced, all winners, with 8 SW (3 MSW). Her progeny earned an average of just under $1m.
