Our first two batches of foals for 2015 have arrived and, unlike last year when we had 5 colts and 13 fillies, this year has started out in the opposite trend. So far we have had four colts and one filly.
January 1st:- [color=blue]Golden Miracle, a grey colt by NCh. Golden Text out of Ch. Miraculous Love, measuring 8.0 hands. This is the first foal for both Golden Text and Miraculous Love. [color=blue]New Year’s Baby, a black colt by ICh. Magic Glory out of Chrome It, measuring 7.3 hands. This is the second foal for Chrome It (both by Magic Glory).
January 4th:- [color=red]Crystal Warrior, a black filly by NCh. Black Warrior out of Magic Crystal, measuring 9.2 hands. This is the first foal for both Black Warrior and Magic Crystal. [color=blue]Magical Mystery, a grey colt by ICh. Magic Glory out of Ch. Must be a Mystery, measuring 8.3 hands. This is the first foal for Must be a Mystery, a daughter of prolific producer Lady of Mystery, who sadly passed away late last year. [color=blue]The Pink Panther, a grey colt by GCh. Cool Thief out of Ch. Secret Society, measuring 9.2 hands. This is the first foal for both Cool Thief and Secret Society.

[color=blue]Calle d’Oro (Spanish for Streets of Gold), a bay colt by NCh. Golden Text out of Back Streets, measuring 9.1 hands. This is the second foal for Golden Text and third for Back Streets. [color=blue]Sunset Flight, a black colt by GCh. Major’s Flight out of Ch. Sunset Girl, measuring 10.2 hands. This is the first foal for Sunset Girl.

[color=blue]Flaming Parachute, a chestnut colt by GCh. Major’s Flight out of Flaming Silk, measuring 8.2 hands. This is the second foal for Flaming Silk, both by Major’s Flight.

Another new foal, another colt. This is getting monotonous, but I shouldn’t complain. At least they all appear to be healthy.

Gosh you’re not getting lucky with the girls are you? I had a year like this once. Hopefully with 16 more due you might get lucky and they balance out a bit.
Jan 30th:- [color=blue]Slippery Rose, a black colt by N.Ch. Slip in the Mud out of Rose Marie, measuring 9.1 hands. This is the first foal for Rose Marie. [color=red]Kinda Flighty, a grey filly by G.Ch. Major’s Flight out of Kinda Sassy, measuring 9.2 hands. This is the second foal for Kinda Sassy, both by Major’s Flight. Jan 31st:- [color=blue]Mud Dauber, a black colt by N.Ch. Slip in the Mud out of Rukia, measuring 9.3 hands. This is the third foal for Rukia, whose first foal should hit the tracks this year. Feb 1st:- [color=blue]Black Tiger, a black colt by N.Ch. Black Warrior out of Rein of the Tiger, measuring 10.0 hands. This is the second foal for Rein of the Tiger.

Four new foals, two colts and two fillies. Sadly, one of the fillies was stillborn.
Feb 5th:- [color=red]Unknown Soldier, a bay filly by N.Ch. Black Warrior out of What’s That About, measuring 9.3 hands. This is the third foal for What’s That About. Feb 6th:- [color=red]Unnamed - deceased, a filly by I.Ch. Magic Glory out of Decisive Victory. This would have been the seventh foal for Decisive Victory. Feb 7th:- [color=blue]Gang of Thieves, a grey colt by G.Ch. Cool Thief out of Match Me Up, measuring 10.0 hands. This is the fourth foal for Match Me Up. [color=blue]Golden Idol, a bay colt by N.Ch. Golden Text out of Ch. Coco Diablo, measuring 8.0 hands. This is the second foal for Coco Diablo.
