We had a very sad new years here at CDS. Our old stallion Secret Of Love was down in his stall late on new years eve. After having got him up and walking it was obvious he had colic though we didn’t know how bad till we decided to haul him to the emergency clinic up the road. Upon examination they found he had a twisted gut and needed to do sugery. Sadly Secret Of Love didn’t pull through…
Though, he was retired from breeding in 2011 we really enjoyed having him around the farm. He will be placed atop the hill with a special headstone to remember the mark he stamped on FF.
