Looking for advise on Black Type. Been a star for us winning just over $2M, I think retirement looms as he appears to have lost his ability. I think I switched him to jumps too early and should probably got him stud qualified by racing him more when aged 3 
He had been working great recently in new equipment but didn’t perform again today
Any thoughts anyone?
If he’s properly rested so low NE is not what is causing his problem I would be retiring him. His starting figures are pretty dismal 
I would probably give him two months off at least then maybe give him another go. He’s probably not going to make a stud now so I’d probably think about gelding him as well.
Will let him have a well earned early retirement, don’t think he would like having his bits done >:(
