I have no buttons to allow me to do so?? Is there a problem??
there could be 2 reasons for this… the first obvious one is you don’t have enough points to redeem anything… the other is you can only redeem every 30 days… so if you used some points within the past 30 days… you can’t redeem again until 30 days from that date… if neither of those are the case… you contact Shanthi about the problem…
