When it reset some of my a/a horses who are running tomorrow and were fine yesterday, today are at c/b
Natural Energy and Physical energy are different things. There is error built-in for physical energy ratings (whatever “fine” was yesterday, vs C/B today), so likely your horse’s physical energy is somewhere between C and “fine”. Boosting its natural energy had no change on its physical energy. There is no built-in error for natural energy, so unless your jockeys suddenly claim your horses refuse to run, you don’t have an issue.
And yet again, now that I’ve setup the bug system to 1) work 2) always be available when you’re logged in, please use it.
If you have a general question (“what should I do with this horse”, “how do you manage your racing string”, etc), post it on the forum so that you can get answers.
If you think you have a problem (“my horse’s energy went down a lot”), report it as a bug. That way I can track what issues are outstanding, and (more importantly) whether things are coming up over and over (both to see if I’m not fixing things properly, or to see how I fixed something last time if it breaks again). I don’t nag people to use the bug system because I think it’s great (in fact, I’d like to rewrite it along with the rewrite ), but it does vastly help me track/fix things.
Thanks, I’m having Internet problems today, it’s storming here half my posts aren’t even showing on here or anywhere else. And cable used to be the most reliable one! I didnt think it was a bug it was supposed to be more a question which you answered! Ty BTW!
And FB is just plain acting wonky! Anyway thanks, Carole
Except if you pretended anyone else had asked the question, it wouldn’t make sense.
“Will this update for natural energy affect my horse’s energy/fitness ratings on the page?” could be asked by anyone.
“Horse X suddenly went from A/A to C/B and I think it’s related to this” couldn’t. And it’s not relevant to anyone but you, as the owner of horse X. And it’s an issue you have with horse X. Therefore it’s a bug, not a question.
(Questions are to gain information/clarification about something that you don’t think is a problem, bugs are to report things you think are problems.)
Hope that clarifies.
got it, sorry about the confusion. at least it looks like my internet has stabilized for the moment.
