Hi guys, quick question!

For race records:
_27(2)-2-3-5-3(1) _
I know it’s Starts-1st-2nd-3rd-4th but what do the numbers in the (x)'s mean? I bet it’s something completely obvious that’s going over my head too :no_mouth:

Numbers inside parenthesis mean stakes races. So 27(2)-2-3-5-3(1) means out of 27 lifetime starts, 2 were in stakes and he ran 4th in a stakes.
