This is especially poignant as she is the FF version of my real-life mare, Java. I bought her as a green 3yo in 1997, and loved her to pieces. She got kicked badly in the field in 2002, had surgery to try and mend her shattered leg, and ultimately had to be put down. She was only 8. She’d be turning 19 this April, so probably would have passed on by now anyway, but it’s always been nice to see her virtual counterpart doing well.

I’m so sorry for your loss, but I’m glad to see that she lives on in her many successful foals.

Sad news. Her son Ring of Fire is a nice stud.

My condolences. May she continue to live on in her progeny and their progeny.

So sorry for your loss. She was an amazing mare.

Sorry for your loss she was an amazing producer

So sorry to hear of your loss. She was a great mare. Luckily there are many to carry on her legacy.

Sorry for your loss. Like Holly said, at least there are many, many horses to carry on her legacy.

It’s sad to see her pass but rejoice at her legacy.

What an amazing mare. I’m sorry for your loss. May her foals and grandfoals continue in their astounding success.
