Why do we pay a tax on our studs fee if our use is free, shouldn’t the tax be nothing or a small fixed rate since we use them for free? Thanks ,I never noticed before but with mo ey tight I started looking over my taxes and just noticed, lol , only been p,agin 8 yrs , hahahahahha
Taxes represent the cost to own/keep the horse, plus upkeep of the facilities for the horse. So your stallion tax covers his feed/vet/farrier/etc, plus the upkeep of your pastures, barns, stud management staff, etc. You still have to pay those things even if you use a stud privately.
Ok cool thanks, I don’t know why I never noticed it before! Lol
