Not sure if my horse is entered

Automated entries is confusing me again!
I have an automated entry for One Lucky Cowgirl for 24 April as shown here on the 2 screenshots

But when looking at the open entry she is not shown

but on the dropdown she is shown as available to enter

so I am not sure whether she is entered or not! Do the future entries go in first when the entries are open or only fill spaces that are left when entries close? Or am I doing something wrong?

She is not currently entered. You can manually enter her if you wish.

I think she didn’t get automatically entered because you’re leasing her, though it should have picked that up. I’ll investigate.
