No Refund on Scratched Horse

I just scratched one of my horses from the Vosburgh and did not receive a refund on the entry fee. Entries are still currently open for 9/25. Not sure if it makes a difference but the horse is leased.

Scratched the horse from the Race Entry page.

I just scratched Secret Victor from the Arc de Triomphe but did not receive a refund either.

He was scratched from the ‘Stable Race Entries For October 2nd, 2023’ page.

Just checking in to see if there has possibly been an update on this ?

I always post when I fix a bug, so no progress yet. I’ve been out of town for work, so had less time than usual to investigate.

If it’s a huge amount, and/or a huge percentage of your budget, yes.

The entry fee was 25k. I scratched one from the Vosburgh.

Secret Victor was scratched from the Arc de Triomphe and the entry fee was $100k.
