I am a new player but i had an idea to make a retirement paster that we could sell usuccessful horses or retired geldings too for a couple thousand dollars. That way we wouldn’t have to take up unnessecary space in our barns.
As far as I know, retired horses do not take up “space” in your barn within Final Furlong… Once retired, you don’t pay taxes on them…
Steve is correct…retirement horses just go off to some giant pasture on your farm that you don’t have to upkeep, and they need no food, vet care, farrier care, etc.
