Missing Horse

I tried to report this through the bug screen, but it wouldn’t take my log-on.  I also sent a private message, but I’m under the impression that’s not the way to fix bugs.

On July 26th, I purchased the horse Highway Blues (#16546) from the sales page for 45k.  I got an error message and didn’t see the horse show up on my stable page, so I moved on.  A couple of days later, I noticed that the 45k had been removed from my bank, but I still didn’t have the horse.

I’d appreciate it if I could have ownership of the horse, or the 45k refunded.

The bug system doesn’t automatically store your login, so you’ll need to register there as well to submit bugs. (I’m trying to find a workaround for this, but haven’t yet.)

I will try and figure out what went wrong, but if you know what the error message was, that would make things much easier.

No problem - it looks like it didn’t know what stable you bought the horse from. I’m not sure if this was a momentary glitch from upgrading the server yesterday or something else, but if it happens again, please note the error and any other details (whether it was a private sale, what page you were on when you bought the horse, etc). :slight_smile:
