Did anyone else get hit by the crazy midwest storms, or was it just me!?
We’ve been missing a lot of the worst storms lately, but have been SWAMPED with rain. Pretty much everyone’s basements are getting wet thanks to SO much unusual water pressure in the soil. Last night we were surrounded by storms via radar, but didn’t get a drop. Weird.
Wow, lucky you! It has been really tough to try and ride and fit horses when it rains every day. Our stock dam filled up and that dam hasn’t held water for atleast 8 years if not more!
Thankfully the weather has finally returned to normal here - for now - with plenty of sunshine drying out the ground. Still a little soft, but not too bad…and the grass and plants have loved it!
What area of the midwest are you in again? I’m in Missouri - near Kansas.
Well I’m about 20 minutes from the Nebraska boarder and Wyoming boarder in SD. And we have been getting HAMMERED with storms every day or every other day or so.
