I have decided that Mardi Gras would od better for another stable. He is by gold stallion,GCh. Jazz It Up, by a bronze rated mare, Dixie Fantasy. He record is 21(1) 1 3 3 3 $48,900 32. His sale price is $120,000 but if any one is interested please PM me and we can work out a deal of you don’t want to spend the money.
$120,000 is way too much to ask for a 3yo with 1 lifetime win and not even $50,000 in earnings. If he were a filly it might be a different story, but he’s not, and he’s highly unlikely to qualify for stud.
That is what I thought also but Jo-San bought him I was going to lower his price but he sold very quickly. So good luck to Jo-San with him!
