Newbie question: when approximately/how is this paid out? I can’t find a record of it in my stable budget and I don’t want to preemptively spend the cash if it takes a while to process. 
It’s just whenever Shanthi gets around to it, so it could be the same month or in several months. Treat it as surprise bonus money that will arrive at some point, like a birthday present that was lost in the mail.
