Is there a place with the information on recent and past major stakes winners? i.e grade one winners, triple crown race winners, breeder’s cup winners?
It seems wrong to me that I don’t know and haven’t for years known at the time who are the hot horses. They’re the stars of the game and yet I couldn’t tell you any of our Derby winners name a few of the old ones or any of our breeder’s cup champions.
Go to the homepage and there should be a Hall of Fame link. It’s got highest money and points earners so that might be the kind of thing you’re looking for.
I plan to set up a search for race results, so that you can search for all the runnings of the Derby, or all the races where so-and-so finished 1st in a graded race, etc. Will be in the rewrite.
Yes, know about that one, was more interested in the fact that there’s really no easy way to find our past Triple Crown race winners and Breeder’s Cup winners, was thinking the other day that I couldn’t name even 1 of FF’s Derby winners and found that fact sad.
