Hi everybody,
Im having a bit of a problem with my racehorses right now since im back in school and do not have time to run all of them. All of my raceshorses will be up for lease for $5,000 for a year to anybody, if you lease more than one i will charge 5,000 each, all that i ask is YOU DONT GELD OR RETIRE any of the horses and you run them at the distance they’ve won at, also DO NOT MOVE ANY HORSES TO STEEPLECHASE UNLESS THEY ALREADY RUN ON IT. 20 of the racehorses are maidens so im not to worried about them. If i see that one of my horses have been gelded or retired, or moved to steeplechase i will terminate the lease. The maidens run them on flat please, any distance.
Please post on the forum which ones you want and i will send them when i can.

(im not sure on the retired or gelded part cause i dont know if the person leasing can do that, but still dont do it)

Ok i read on the leasing page that a person leasing cant retire or geld so nevermind on that part, but do not switch to steeplechasing!!!

I’d be happy to take care of Bright Flash, Makin’ Mischief, Ollivander, Stars N Charms and Timeless Classic for you.  I’ll make sure I don’t switch any to SC and depending on finances here in a little bit I can try to take more off of your hands while you are away…good luck with school!

Ok your total would be $25,000. Would that be ok. When i hear back from you on the price ill send them right over.

Ok I just sent them for lease.

Ok 5 horses already set for leases. 32 still up for leasing.

Ok all racehorses will be on the lease for a year for $5000 everything stays the same dont move them to steeplechasing please unless they already run on it.
