Injuries Not Showing on Training Summary Table

Description of Issue
I noticed recently that horses that have been injured don’t have their injuries recorded/displayed in the Training Summary Table.

Steps to Reproduce

For example, An Educated Guess (https://www.finalfurlong.org/viewhorse.php?horse=34709) was injured last week, but this is how he appears in the Training Summary Table. Damascus (https://www.finalfurlong.org/viewhorse.php?horse=38191) was also injured recently and exhibits the same behavior.
AnEducatedGuess. Older injuries show up in the table, so it appears as if the table’s just not being updated.

Just following up on this since I noticed it again.

Turtle Dove was injured today, but the injury has not shown up in the Training Summary Table (i.e. that column is blank)
