It’s all very exciting, I’ve got a few thought on possible horses already but can anyone give me any tips on how to view the lists of Final Furlong properly? I’m not sure if it’s just my pc but if I try and look at broodmares or racehorses where the horses are spread out over more than one page, if I try to move from page one to page to two it’s just showing the same horses. Is it something I’m doing wrong

Try searching for a specific year/gender on the horse search page it goes so much quicker
example: 2011 mare/filly or 2010 colt/stallion
and if you want to weed out the deceased foals select weanling/yearling/broodmare…so on
Is there anyway we can help with the eclipse awards? If I’m thinking correctly we haven’t had them yet for last year.
That one’s actually pretty easy. I have a page that dynamically figures out who the top stakes horses were in each category, so it’s just a question of creating the polls. I don’t know if users have the option to create polls, but if you want to help do it, Juli, I can temporarily give you that access. PM me for the details if you want.

If you’re selecting horses for auctions, please note horses already consigned. There are about 10 horses who are now in 2 auctions that I’ll have to sort out.
Yeah, I had to cross a couple off my list when the Mixed Auction got posted.
I also tried not to geld any sons of now-retired stallions without any sons standing at stud.

Actually, it was a horse in Penny’s list. I’m assuming it was a typo, but don’t know what horse was intended to be listed.
Sorry about that Shanthi, it would have been a typo as I selected horses from the search page using year of birth and status so no retired horses would have shown on the results page to be chosen. Hope it hasn’t caused too many problems.
