Horses for possible lease

Considering that I am going to be going back to work soon after being mat leave for a year, I am now starting to look into leases for some of my horses.  I am not looking to leave the game and figure leasing is a great way to allow myself to keep my horses while I try to get back into the swing of working and being a mom at the same time.

Leases would be for a year, Nov. 1st '13 til Nov 1st '14.  Only condition will be that you don’t retire the horse, unless additional conditions are stated.

Here is the list of horses that I am considering for lease:

2 yr olds
[color=green]Dwedle Dan is currently being sent to the farm but I’m not sure what to make of this guy.  He raced recently and didn’t even throw out an effort, as he raced yesterday (the 2nd) and is already back at full energy.  I’m thinking he’s a 'chaser but willing to give him some time to grow into things.  If someone would like to take him on for a year that would be great- no restrictions, just would like to get him figured out.
– Lease would probably $1,500 for this guy

3 yr olds
[color=green]Drums of Thunder was recently purchased and I don’t know how he’ll do.  Working on getting him fit before running him.  Hopefully by the time November rolls around, he’s run at least once to figure out what he likes.
Lease would probably be $2,000 for this guy
[color=green]Fair Trial is a gelding that is just starting to come into himself as a racer.  His most recent start was a 6f Allowance on the turf where he finished 5th of 6 runners.  I’m thinking that he is just coming into himself as he is 17.3 hh and only raced 11 times since starting as a 2 yr old (3 starts last yr and 8 this year)
I would probably lease this guy for $1,750

Older Horses
[color=green]Turn ‘n’ Dash is my improving sprinter.  His best distance is 6f, with maybe a possibility of stretching to 7f, on the turf.  His most recent start was a flop at 7.5f but he has decent performances at 5f and 6f (the mentioned flop was his worst performance- never been worse than 4th before then).  He does some stakes potential if someone is willing to take him on and take on that expense.  A lease of this boy is a determined by his performance in his next start on the 9th-- I may hold him back along with my other 3 yr old to race them myself.
Lease for this boy would probably be $5,000
[color=green]Joe Millionaire is my 5 yr old gelding by Point Given and a 'chaser.  He needs a bit of figuring out, as I have yet to have any success with him.  Start from scratch with him…may have some talent in there
Lease will most likely be $1,000
[color=green]Gold Edition is the oldest of the bunch at 7 yrs old and also a 'chaser.  He finished 2nd in this years Tiverton Stakes, has won the Dipper Novices, and most recently a 5th in the Hard Scuffle Stakes.  The longer the better for this boy.
Lease will probably be $3,000

Post if you would like to lease any one of them.
