Hey Shanthi-
I was just trying to enter Silver ‘n’ Shine (#2173) in a race and he doesn;t show up. It was a claiming race so it shouldn’t have been a qualification restriction or anything. And he’s also at the track currently so he can be there on time to race. 
Make sure you can sell him. That is the “qualification” for entering claiming races, since the horses are all for sale.
Duh me!! Brain Freeze or something! Totally forgot about that part!
