Hi All!! Since I am fairly new to the game I have a bunch of Broodmares who need dates for next year. Any information & recommendations would be great!!

You could start by looking at foals that the mare has already produced that have raced.

For example,
Deadly Beauty has a 3YO son by Away The Lads who has 3 wins at 3, including a Stakes win, so you could think about sending her back to him.

As for the others, you could try to figure out whether the mares prepared Dirt or Turf and also what their best distances were then try and find a stallion who fits those same qualities. I tend to try and avoid inbreeding but I know that there are others who seem to like it (obviously not sire and dam being siblings but maybe one generation back.

I also look to see what the dam of the mare produced as well. So maybe she had a really nice foal by a stud, and he might have a qualified son if he’s retired.
