Happy Thanksgiving

Hi everybody,
Just wanted to wish you a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
-Rachel

Haha you beat me to it! Was just about to post that. I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone

An interesting tidbit but no Thanksgiving here in Canada last month… since that is always in October near the beginning of the month for us

But Happy late Thanksgiving!

Lindsay

huh… is the US the only country that has Thanksgiving? I guess that makes sense b/c we say it originated from our settlers and native americans. lol

Um…Lindsay just said that the Canadian Thanksgiving is in October.

Oh well you know… I was just making a fool of myself as always.

Hahahahaha I meant to type last month but apparently the spell checker suggested yesterday and that is how it was changed. Just wasn’t thinking at the time, but I meant to say last month or October :stuck_out_tongue:

Another interesting fact between the different dates of Thanksgiving is because in Canada we harvest a month earlier in October, while in the States it mostly happens in November hence the varying dates for Thanksgiving.

Lindsay

Actually, in Minnesota we harvest anytime beginning in very late September through very early November… mostly because of early frosts and snow storms! Combining corn is hard when there is four feet of snow on the ground, so we aviod that as much as possible!

Anyways, I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, and I also hope no-one was run over trying to get in on the 5am Christmas specials on Friday!
