Franco Classico is a great outcross to get some new blood in many pedigrees. As the only currently standing son of NCh. I’m A Classic he carries none of the big lines and his pedigree is free of Foolhardy, What’s it Worth, Highland Rogue and others, making him a great candidate for mares of those lines. On the track, he specialized in dirt, excelling as soon as he hit the track as a two-year-old and keeping his good form until he finished his five-year-old season, hitting his peak during his three-year-old season. He’s was versatile runner, winning stakes anywhere between 6 and 12 furlong, but excelling at classic distances.
