Figured I would look to see what growth there had been in my babies-

–Fillies–
LADY MORGAINE-- was 12 hands when I last checked, now is 13 hands.  I still thinks she is going to be a big girl  ;D
FIRE OF BELTANE-- was 9.3 hands and now is 10.1 hands.
both fillies are from created lines, so there is no telling how big or small they will get

–Colts–
CROWN ATTORNEY-- was 10 hands and has gained a hand at 11 hands high
ECHO OF THUNDER-- same thing as Attorney
REACH THE POINT-- was 10.3 hands high and now is 11.2 hands.

From the look of things, Morgaine is going to be bullying those boys around!  Hopefully her size means something on the track  :slight_smile:

Kayte, I hope those are all weanlings!  Otherwise, you’ve got some shrimpy yearlings there, girl!

An update.  Looks like those High Chances get is either gonna be really big like their sire or mature really early (unlike their sire).

Tallest Weanling:
[color=red]Recklass (Foolhardy x Nefarious) at a whooping 15.0! And she’s a March baby, my January babies have nothing on her. However, her sire is 17.1 and her dam is 17.3. I think I was asking for it.
2nd: [color=red]Blasphemy (I’m Your Angel x Shamanistic) at 14.2 (and shorter bloodlines)
3rd: [color=red]Worth Every Drop (Worth My While x Mojita) at 14.0

Shortest Weanling:
[color=blue]McMurdo (Dark Continent x Blue Duchess) at 10.3 but he’s a May baby.

Tallest Yearling
[color=red]Marquesa (High on Love x Justamatteroftime) at 16.0. She was that height when I got her in January and she’s stayed there ever since.

Shortest Yearling:
Runtly little [color=blue]Raw Carrot (created) at 13.1. However, we all know how much those stunted little colts picked up for a song at the auction can bring in.

[color=blue]Stealing Bases is my biggest weanling at 15h.  He’s a Strider colt out of Clever Kisses.

I also have two weanlings who are 14.1,[color=blue] Liquidate (Worth My While - Liquid Asset) and [color=red]By The Light (Cryptic Ballad - AP Silver Moon).

Everyone else from this year is at least 10.3h

In contrast, my three yearlings are 14.1, 14.3, and 15.0.  ::)
