A half brother to ICh Quarren, we hope he has inherited lots of ability from both sides of the family tree (which probably means he’ll be super slow and have no interest in racing!). His name is a Japanese word used to describe the act of buying new books then never getting around to reading them - me to a tee although I keep promising myself I will read the ever growing pile eventually!
Quick question regarding Q’s next breeding. She is booked to Black Cherry who has a two mare limit. She’ll be the third mare we’ve sent to him this year. Is there any way I can edit the date she is bred I.e the first available date within her booked slot? The breeding page is saying I need to request a new date from Cat due to the two mare limit but I don’t need a new slot - she has a July 2 booked and I would like to breed on the 16th but it’s only giving me the option for July 31st. Is there any way around this? I can post it as a bug if needed - I just wanted to check I wasn’t missing something obvious first.
I’m not sure what was up with the date selection (other than it needs rewriting 
) but I’ve updated the date to the 16th for QA.

9.2 h grey colt. Fourth foal (and colt) for his SW, MSP dam. He was almost two weeks overdue - possibly because we’d planned on consigning Brod to our recent auction! However, we recently purchased back his eldest half brother who’s promptly won both his starts with quite impressive speed figures so it’s likely we’ll hang on to mum for a bit longer. She’s missed her intended date with Eighteen Karat but we’re hoping to squeeze her into a later spot with him.
