The second baby to be born here at Fox Run, a little colt bred by Sakura Springs, was born early and sadly passed away shortly after from unknown complications. This was Getaway Girl’s (Backseat Driver) first foal and he was by Black Light II. Getaway Girl will be bred to Can’t Touch This after some rest
[color=red]Silver Tipped Silver Wizard x Scorpions Friend (created) was born 20 days late and must have finally gotten claustrophobic enough to come out! Her dam’s first foal will start racing this year and had a couple of Speed Records back in 2013. Silver Tipped was bred by Lochiedo Stables

[color=blue]Van Helsing is a beautiful Dark Grey by Void out of Smiling Bubbles (Whirlaway) and bred by Generous Bloodstock. He was also very late, almost a whole month! Despite Void’s bronze ranking he has a large % of foals that have only just turned 3 so I am hopeful they are late bloomers and Whirlaway’s Damsire ranking is pretty encouraging

Completely unexpected was another little one running around the paddocks already, born on the 16th he was about 3 weeks early. Hopefully he’s just as keen to run on the track!

A tiny chestnut colt with 3 socks bred by Generous Bloodstock. Both his parents were turfers and although his dam was lightly raced she managed some wins and a stakes placing
Great Love will next be going to Witness and I still have 10 due because I got a mail order baby coming

I’ve been pretty slack, naming really frustrates me
First to arrive was a little girl, only 8.1h, who has been named[color=red]Ever So Lightly. She was bred by Lochiedo and is by Silver Charm out of Graceful Gold (Black Gold). Silver Charm’s babies haven’t done much yet, but since the oldest ones are only 3years old hopefully they are late bloomers. Her mother was also pretty hit and miss so she’s going to be a project!
Next up was [color=blue]Godsmack who is by Sixth Day out of My Irish Knee (create) he’s a plain brown but has plenty of white at least. Both parents preferred dirt, even if mum was no superstar. He was bred by Clicker Lab.
[color=red]Starzinthewater arrived a few days later, she is by Strider and out of Delightful Indy (A.P. Indy). I was surprised and quite happy to see she was a blue roan, hadn’t expected it. Mum’s ranking is 2.8 but her first 4 foals are stakes placed and the first 3 have earned their Ch. so that’s good. Her 2015 foal is unraced of yet. She was bred by Marshall Creek Ranch
On the 19th My Vixen (Omaha) gave birth to a pretty little dark grey, [color=red]My Little Rascal who is by Cool Thief. She was bred by Windward Farm and hopefully will have a preference for turf, I don’t have many turfers
And just today came along [color=blue]More For Me, Unabridged x One True Way. Little bit excited about this boy, he is half to MSW Ch. Sideways and 4 other SP’s. He’s a large liver chestnut and was bred by Skyclad Stables
Plus my mail order baby showed up [color=blue]Coloured Sands a beautiful Mahogany Bay with a bald face, at least a pretty paddock ornament if he never gets the hang of running
