[FIXED] Can't Ship

I attempted to ship Aggressive Honey from the stable to Gulfstream, and Back for Power from the stable to Santa Anita. I get as far as selective road or plane, click Ship Horse! then it blanks out like below. When I return to my shipping page, nothing has changed.
