Clicked the “Setup an Auction” link, chose a date (typed in, so maybe that was an issue, as I think in the past a calendar has popped up?), and submitted as normal. However, when the site took me back to the page to consign horses, only the game auctions and Black Storm West auction are showing. I’ve clicked the setup link again just to see what happened, but the game does seem to think I have an auction set up. Hopefully this isn’t another one of my “I-forgot-how-the-game-works” moments. 
Looks like it was just that you typed in 2019, not 2023, so you do have an auction setup but for several years ago. 
I’ve updated it so you should be good to go now.
(I’ll also look into the datepicker, which did used to work.)
