Crossbreeding in a way not known to mortals?

I was looking at my mare and noticing something peculiar about her sire.
Her sire, finalfurlong.org/viewhorse.php?horse=1231.

Likely not fixable, but I was wondering if anyone else had noticed the strangeness and if it will adversely affect my mares offspring.

It’s just a case of duplicate names. The original horses’ pedigrees weren’t checked as thoroughly as they are now.

Fixed now.
