Yes please!! I miss Stallion Spotlights. Perhaps you could also write about most influential Platinum ranked stallions and mares?
Honestly, I would like to see them done on younger/newer stallions. These spotlights definitely encouraged me to send mares to boys I sometimes overlooked.

I do like the idea of doing some of the newer stallions, especially those with a 2yo crop so we have at least some progeny to look at?
Not opposed to writing about the younger stallions! There’s just always less to actually write about, lol. I would be very interested in writing about new stallions who will be retiring soon or recently retired, so would love to hear from anyone who has a racehorse definitely heading to the shed in 2023.
Mares would be interesting. Are we thinking of still-active mares? Platinums? Reine-de-course?
Willa and I are working on a few new posts to get this back on track! In additional to the Stallion Spotlights, we will take a look at this year’s leading 2yo’s, comparing freshman sires, and highlighting upcoming new stallions for 2023 (that we are aware of). When the new year rolls around we will try and tackle broodmare as well as stallion spotlights.
