Whenever I go to upload it I keep getting an error msg saying my avatar is too big but its only 4kb. I need some help please!
Is it the right height x width?
I didn’t know it was supposed to be a certain height or width so probably not.

Well I tried to fix it but I just cant get it right. Can somebody change the picture I want to the right size? I can email it…
You could resize it for avatar at www.imageshack.us - it’s free and that’s how I did mine, pretty simple to use even for someone like me who’s rubbish with computers!
If you have windows you can use the paint program to re-size your avatar. however making the image larger may blur it. If you want I could give it a shot.
