Can't assign Flat Jockey to horse

I’m trying to assign jockeys to this horse, but it’s only giving me the option to assign an SC jockey. She has not raced in SC before.

Should be fixed now - a bunch of jumpers weren’t being flagged as such, so I was updating, and had some typos.
