Description of Issue

Unable to enter races when 2 or more horses are already entered. The entered horses are not owned or leased from me, but the race entry form is unavailable and Iā€™m told that I cannot enter horses because I have already entered two horses

I can also change the equipment as if I were the owner of these two horses.

(There are perils in trying to optimise database access all in one go, apparently.)
