Well it’s FF-related but I had nowhere else to put it so I’ll stick it here.
Out of boredom @ 4AM I decided to paint my yearlings. Here’s the unpolished piece.
The dark grey is [color=red]Santeria, the flea-bitten grey is [color=red]Lady Ironsides, and the romping bay is [color=blue]Reservoir Democrat.

I’m impressed, horses are so hard to draw, let alone paint!
I’ve been drawing horses since kindergarten, so they come very easily to me. I started painting them in the last couple of years, and it’s an ongoing process, since I need to be able to paint them without relying on references all the time.
Glad you like them. I’m thinking about doing some doodles of my G1 stakes horse [color=blue]Leave A Note, and maybe some others soon.
Those are awesome. wish i was better at drawing (well if I practiced maybe i could be but you’re just plain talented )
