Breeding to Final Furlong Stallions

Shanthi - I am trying to remember if there are any restrictions on breeding to Final Furlong Stallions?

I have a mare, [color=red]In Due Time, who is in foal and is due the beginning of June. She has a 2yo colt by [color=blue]Lasting Spirit (a FF owned stallion) named [color=blue]Last Orders, who has been quite successful this year, winning 3 out of his 6 races, including 2 SW, and has already earned his “Ch” title.

I would like to send [color=red]In Due Time back to [color=blue]Lasting Spirit after she has foaled, so am looking at a July 1 slot.

I know that [color=blue]Lasting Spirit’s information page says that we don’t need Owner’s Approval to breed to him, but I was wondering if there were any other restrictions.

There shouldn’t be any restrictions on FF studs. The downside is that you can’t book breedings in advance. It’s first-come, first-served.

As Cat said, you can send any mare(s) you want, but it is first-come, first-served. Also, there is a limit of 4 mares per stallion.
