I also noticed Honeydukes is ranked 3rd for the Steeplechase Sprint, which is 7f, but he’s never competed below 9f all year. Ancient Warrior is listed 16th for the Mile, with 1 SW and 1 SP, but the win was at 10f. I won’t be entering them in those races, but I don’t want other horses missing out, either
The distances that count for each race are a range, so you don’t have to have run at the exact distance to qualify.
I think 2yos count for either surface because it’s assumed that they won’t have raced a ton over the course of the year, but I’m open to changing that for next year.
I’ll try to clear out/re-run the qualifications this week…I meant to do it at the weekend but life got in the way, apologies.
