I use Trillian Pro. My account’s expired so I can’t update to any new software, but that’s fine. I’ll get another account whenever it’s worth upgrading again. The fact that you can hover to view away messages is nice, but I can’t think of any other pro-only features.

Just as a side note, you can put your AIM/Yahoo/MSN/etc name in your forum profile, and then a little icon will appear under your avatar. It appears to even be correct in displaying whether you’re online or offline, which is pretty neat.
