Hi All,
Well, since you all were with me during the drama of losing out on our first house we offered on I thought I’d update you with news that we bought an even better one!!! I’m so freakin’ excited! Its a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath zero lot line with vaulted ceilings, skylights and a 2 car garage! We officially close on the 28th…at which time I’ll be pleased to say my activity might be sporadic :wink: (probably not for long though since we moved up to Alaska with almost nothing so don’t have much to move lol(it was cheaper to buy most stuff than to ship it). Love it 10x as much as our first one we offered on and I’m so glad we didn’t get it!

Thanks guys, I appreciate it! The inspection turned out basically fine(just small things to fix) and next is the appraisal and we’re basically done! :slight_smile: …and then its on to find a Lab or Malamute breeder… :wink:

thats great im so happy for you,  im glad you didnt get down when that other one wasnt available. some times it pays to wait a while and keep your eye out for something better.thats what we did too the one we wanted orig. was grabbed a week before we had the pre approval from the bank (and get this it had been on the market a year we were like go figure!!) , but this one we actually bought is brand new with 4 bedrooms and 2 bath a skylight also, like yours and a 2 car garage. we are putting in a privacy fence this week so we can put a small pool for the kids , just a big blow up one for now. the extra bedroom is my horse room LOL, i have my laptop and my horse collection in there along with my art stuff. etc. I also make horse tack for breyer and peter stone horses. i used to show them but its been 16 yrs since ive been, i want to go to breyerfest in kentucky one of these summers. sheesh i get sidetracked easy. lol

anyhow im happy you found one you love, its worth it in the end, we are so happy with this one and we have been painting some, am so sick of white walls!!! happy moving day!!!
