You have my sympathies! It’s very frustrating.
They’re just lucky claimers! But I hope that homebred [color=blue]El Padrino will present their awesomeness next year.
[size=100]16(12)-2-4(3)-3(3)-0 $379,600
My Stakes runners also seem to have forgotten how to find the winning post recently, too.
Wins
[color=blue]Holy Spurs, (2yo, Tottenham Hotspur) in an OA.
[color=red]Shebreakstherules, (2yo, Secretsarebound) in an NW3. Very inconsistent filly. In her four races for us, she has finished 9th, 1st, 10th and 1st. She obviously prefers Dirt as her last 3 races were on that surface.
Seconds
[color=red]G.Ch. Devil’s Flight, (4yo, Major’s Flight) in the G1 Flower Bowl Invitational.
[color=red]Nightmare Dreamer, (2yo, Black Warrior) in the G2 Magic Night Stakes. A good performance in defeat, as she finished only 3/4L behind Clicker Lab’s unbeaten filly [color=red]Ch. Winter Queen.
[color=red]Ch. Devilish Rose, (3yo, Devil His Due) in the Ung Schenactady. A lightly raced filly, she failed by 3/4L to make it 3 wins in her 3 races. She hasn’t been out for oevr 2 months so might have needed the race.
[color=red]Lucky’s Girl, (2yo, My Lucky Day) in an NW2.
Thirds
[color=blue]Ch. Crown of Thorns, (3yo, Call To War) in the G1 Turf Classic Invitational.
[color=blue]G.Ch. Actors Strike, (4yo, TakeMeToHollywood) in the G1 George Ryder Stakes.

Pretty good day, the stakes ponies are the highlights of course
[color=red]NCh. Ishka came 3rd in the 10.5f Turf Gr. 1 Flower Bowl Invitational considering the winner got a speed record she did very well. She hasn’t been below third in her last 6 races which are all stakes. I love this mare! She’s 5 now so hopefully she’s not approaching the end of her career
[color=blue]Ch. Make Me Magical got 2nd in the 12.0f Turf Gr. 1 Turf Classic Invitational by a small margin. I’m very excited by this boy, he won his last two starts which were grade ones but unfortunately can’t make the BC. He is by Must Be Magic and my only other one who I have by the same sire is Crafty Magic, who is now stud qualified, wish I had more of them!
Four Aces had some good races on the 20th. We had been running out of the money all year so I started training every other day. I have seen a marked improvement on my horses performance.
With our first win in FF is:
Legal System a 3 yo Silver Wizard (B) son out of the Gold ranked Majestic Light Only raced twice as a 2 yo. In his second race of the year after 2 weeks of intensive training He won 11.5 NW1 Allowance on dirt for 3 yo. We are very excited to see what this boy will do in the future.
Next Fabled Time a 3 yo daughter of Gold ranked Express Yourself out of the Gold ranked Timelu Fable. Another lightly raced fill she ran twice as a 2 yo and her first race for Four Aces seen her place second in a 5 furlong nw2 allowance on dirt for 3yo+. We have high hopes she will live up to her breeding.
Congrats on your first win!
