I claimed a 2yo colt [color=blue]Space Chips and he won the claimer by 4 3/4 lenghts. He’s by WCh. Nightfight out of gold ranked Hey Toots, dam of retired stallion NCh. Call To War.
5yo [color=blue]NCh. Al Mundhir finished 2nd/10 in Gr. 2 Highland Pride Stakes. He had a month of rest after The Grand National where he finished 4th.

Congrats! I considered putting a claim in on him, but I really don’t need any more ponies.
Bit of a hit and miss day. The stakes runners flopped but the remainder didn’t run too badly.
[color=blue]ICh Quarren (5yo Sadlers Wells) won his OA. He’s slowed down a bit this year but still seems to enjoy his racing, he’ll keep going until the end of the year.
[color=red]Oryx (4yo Highland Bandit) won her SA. She either runs very well or very badly - glad today was a good day!
[color=red]Naivety (3yo Stressed) was 2nd in her OA. She is consign to our upcoming auction.
[color=blue]Prohibition (2yo AP Indy) was 3rd in his OA. He’s been sent home for a holiday.
[color=red]Moonshine Lullaby (3yo Highland Wizard) was 4th in her NW3, only her 2nd career start so plenty to work on with her.
Sent out five today, four came back with paychecks so not too bad.
Escort (Holy Bull), one of our more consistent 2yos finished fourth in a 7f NW2 Allowance. Her dam won the Irish One Thousand Guiness but it seems Escort can run on either dirt or turf.
Highland Devil (Devil His Due) is slowly improving with a fifth place in a 5.5f Starter Allowance. Still looking for better finishes (third or better) but given his tendency to run faster on turf we may try him over the jumps since it seems he’s just bored of the flat.
Gunningdowndreams (Gunningdownromance) pulled off a impressive win in a 16f NW3 Allowance after leading most of the way.
Chant Set Go (War Chant) finished strongly with a fourth in her 9f NW2 Allowance.
Called Away Cali (Take Me Away) didn’t like the distance in her 8f NW3 Allowance. She’s made it plain she’s better suited to sprints so that’s where she’ll stay.
Congrats on winning Space Chips! I put a try in for him, too. I hope he does well for you.
